Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is set to drop on October 25.
IGN shared that Jon Zuk, the associate creative director, mentioned this campaign is “slightly longer” than what we saw in 2020’s Black Ops Cold War, which some thought was too short.
Until we get our hands on the game, the exact length of Black Ops 6’s story mode is a mystery. Everyone plays games at their own pace, so there’s no official clock time for everyone.
Back in June, Yale Miller from Treyarch hinted that the campaign is as long as what you’d usually expect from Call of Duty. He said, “Currently, the game’s netting out in the kind of length of a classic Call of Duty campaign.”
Fans love trying different paths in the missions, which means they might play more than once to see everything or to challenge themselves with harder settings. Zombies mode is back too, sticking to the beloved round-based style. And don’t forget about the multiplayer mode, which keeps players hooked as long as servers are buzzing.
People think it’s cool that Black Ops 6 has just one ending, unlike the older Black Ops games where you could get different outcomes.
Come October 25, you can grab Black Ops 6 on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass from the start. It’s also up for grabs on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC if you want to buy it. For more details, check out GameSpot’s guide on how to preload and when you can start playing.
