The latest update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s Season 1 is here, bringing a battle pass full of exciting collectibles and unlockables.
Among the highlights of this update is an emote called “Move Set” on Page 14 of the battle pass. It’s inspired by the moves of Raygun, who became an internet sensation during the Paris 2024 Olympics. You can watch a video from Detonated to see how the emote compares to Raygun’s real-life moves. Previously, Camryn Bynum, an NFL player, celebrated an interception by mimicking Raygun’s iconic dance. Check it out here.
Raygun, known off-stage as Rachael Louis Gunn, hails from Australia and juggles roles as a lecturer and a professional breaker. Though her Olympic stint in Paris didn’t score any points, her performances caught the world’s attention, albeit with mixed reactions. Some people can be really harsh online, and unfortunately, Raygun faced a lot of that negativity.
It’s surprising how fame works; sometimes we expect people like Raygun to switch careers after going viral, but she chose to stay with her teaching job instead of joining reality TV.
Raygun described the online backlash as “pretty devastating.” The Australian breaking community stood up for her, denouncing the widespread cyberbullying she endured.
Call of Duty’s new season also features a brand-new operator, extra weapons, fresh skins, and even double XP tokens. Make sure to explore the gallery to see all the cool new stuff!
