Activision has made it official: Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 1 kicks off on November 14. Click here for more details.
Get ready for fresh multiplayer maps and modes, an exciting new Zombies map, and Warzone updates. The big day, November 14, sees the debut of Area 99, a fresh battleground for Warzone, alongside new weapons and the Omnimovement system in Black Ops 6’s battle-royale world.
Just in time for spooky season, a new mode called Infected is live now. This party game starts with one player as a zombie, trying to infect others. The infected team grows until everyone is turned or the clock runs out.
Warhead, a small Strike map for 2v2 and 6v6 matches, is another addition this season. Set in Arena 99, it’s where Nuketown originally came to life.
Area 99 also opens on November 14 in Warzone. It’s located in the Nevada desert and lets players explore a secret government area. You can battle in cool places like a mannequin assembly plant and the warehouse where Nuketown houses were made.
Speaking of Nuketown, the classic 1950s version from the original Black Ops is getting a visual makeover and joins Black Ops 6 multiplayer on November 1. Some people love this map, but many have never tried it.
There’s talk of a scary new Zombies map this season, but no details yet on its release. Black Ops 6 started with two Zombie maps, Liberty Falls and Terminus.
Fans are always curious about what’s next.
Expect more details about Season 1’s maps, modes, and features for multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone soon. Stay tuned for updates.
