On January 3, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone will have a fresh update featuring a Squid Game event.
The “Premium Track” of this event’s pass is set to cost 1,100 Call of Duty Points, which is around $10.
Previously, Call of Duty teamed up with well-known series like Fallout, The Walking Dead, and others, offering themed rewards. But, all those goodies were free if you completed tasks or gained XP, except for some shop bundles. This time, the Squid Game event might make you pay extra for certain rewards.
Currently, Black Ops 6 is priced at $70, with options for a $10 basic battle pass or a $30 super-duper BlackCell pass each season. You can also get it through different Game Pass plans on Xbox and PC.
People often wonder if these extra costs are really worth it.
