CoD Black Ops 6 Warzone Patch Brings Back Legacy XP Tokens

-

An update has landed for both Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone with some changes.

One big change is bringing back the legacy XP tokens. These tokens, which players got during Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone days before Black Ops 6 came out, are back. Initially released with the Season 1 update, they were pulled back because they were causing a bug in the game’s interface. Now, players can use these old MW3 tokens to level up faster in Black Ops 6.

This update also fixed a bug where you could use MW2 and MW3 camos on Black Ops 6 weapons. Developers said this wasn’t supposed to happen because those camos weren’t made for Black Ops 6 weapons and didn’t look right. This fix affects both Black Ops 6 and Warzone gun customization.

The patch notes hint at various improvements to make multiplayer and Zombies more stable.

For Warzone, the update tackled a glitch that made shotguns too strong, letting them shoot farther than they should. Sadly, it also fixed an issue where players could get too much XP in battle royale.

Season 1 of Call of Duty keeps adding cool stuff, like Ranked Play mode, which will be available for multiplayer starting November 21. Also, Call of Duty is now more popular on Xbox than anywhere else, which hasn’t happened in over ten years.
