On November 14, the first season of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone kicks off, bringing fresh maps, modes, and a shiny battle pass full of cosmetics.
In this new season, Black Ops 6 ditches the combat map-style battle pass from Modern Warfare 2, opting instead for a straightforward, step-by-step design. There are over 100 things to unlock, spread over 14 pages.
The trailer above shows that the page layouts resemble Fortnite’s battle pass. On each page, players can choose the order in which to unlock items, offering more freedom. Finishing all items on a page gives you a special reward called the HVT.
Fans sometimes like having options, right? So, like before, you can have your battle pass tokens unlock stuff automatically or decide the order yourself.
Included in Season 1’s pass, the new Krig C assault rifle and Saug submachine gun are available for free. Meanwhile, the paid version boasts cool operator skins and weapon blueprints. The premium BlackCell pass is also back, packed with extra goodies and tier skips.
