The first season of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone is arriving soon, and there’s a lot to look forward to.
Starting on November 14, players can dive into the action-packed Season 1 of Black Ops 6 and Warzone, with updates typically rolling out around 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 5 PM BST for everyone.
A new season means a fresh battle pass is on the horizon, though the specifics are still under wraps until closer to launch. Fans can probably expect cool limited-time events, unique challenges, and new weapons to snag, alongside Black Ops 6’s fresh mechanics blending into Warzone’s battlegrounds.
Black Ops 6 initially launched with a hefty set of 16 maps, adding Nuketown as the first DLC. As Season 1 kicks in, more maps are coming. Three new multiplayer maps are on the way: Extraction, a dockside 6v6 map; Hideout, with small buildings and crates; and Heirloom, set in a museum, available for both 6v6 and 2v2 Gunfight.

Zombies enthusiasts will get a spine-chilling map later in the season, joining Liberty Falls and Terminus. Spooky times ahead!

Warzone and Black Ops 6 are finally merging in Season 1, bringing advanced movement and new loadouts to the table. The old backpack system is out; original Warzone looting is back. Urzikstan stays as the big map, while Area 99 joins Resurgence mode. Ranked play returns to Urzikstan after its stint on Rebirth Island.
Excitingly, Call of Duty’s Prestige system is making a comeback, and Warzone will debut its own Mastery camo grind. Plus, Black Ops 6 has toned down some overpowering elements like flashbangs, with full patch notes available for those who want to dig deeper.
