In Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, fans didn’t have to wait long for the first two zombie maps, which arrived with the game’s late October release.
Next up on the adventure is a huge French castle called Citadelle des Morts, where the Requiem team continues their quest after escaping from Terminus. In the first cinematic peek at this map, they meet up with Sergei Ravenov, an old friend. Most of what we see in the trailer is from Sergei’s view, and he’s shocked to find his buddies alive. But the reunion isn’t just for fun; they’re on a mission to find Gabriel Krafft who might “be able to bring back Maxis.” This probably means Samantha Maxis, who once was an enemy but then became a friend before she heroically closed the Dark Aether portal and died.
Sergei finds Maya Aguinaldo, the team’s new face, quite fascinating. Yet, he’s not so happy about them teaming up with William Peck. Peck may seem helpful now, especially since he helped them flee Terminus, but fans have a feeling he’ll backstab them sooner or later.

. Treyarch has already teased some cool perks and classic zombie elements that will feature in this map. The Zombies adventure is just one slice of the bigger pie in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 1, as Activision and Treyarch aim to keep players hooked for the long haul.
