Warzone Weapon Changes
Warzone’s Season 5 favorite, the STG-44, has been slightly weakened in the midseason update.
The gun’s maximum damage is now down to 32 from 36. This might seem minor, but it could change how powerful and popular the STG-44 remains. To make things interesting, other long-range weapons got some improvements.
The BAL-27 now has a longer maximum damage range, jumping from 26.67 meters to 31.75 meters. This gun was already loved on the smaller Resurgence maps, and this tweak might make it a strong choice for longer fights on all Warzone maps.
Adjustments were also made to the MCW assault rifle. Its maximum damage range increased from 30.48 meters to 36.83 meters, near-mid damage range went up from 38.1 meters to 44.45 meters, and mid damage range rose from 48.26 meters to 53.34 meters.
Fans might find these changes exciting or frustrating.
