Get ready for an epic crossover as Colonel Sanders teams up with Jaws in Funk Fusion, releasing September 13 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
In the reveal trailer below, the KFC mascot is shown using a bucket of nuggets to blast monsters and wielding his cane for close combat. You can also unlock two special outfits for him: Chef Colonel Sanders (free for KFC Rewards members) and Mecha Colonel Sanders (250 points).
Funk Fusion also includes He-Man, Shaun from Shaun of the Dead, and Marty McFly among its playable characters. The game features worlds inspired by Jaws, Jurassic Park, Five Nights at Freddy’s, and Battlestar Galactica.
Fans, this game looks like a lot of fun.
On Steam, you can try a demo where you survive The Thing as Mega Man. Funk Fusion seems to be aiming for the same co-op action vibe as the Lego games. With the game’s release just around the corner, preorders and new collectibles are now available.
