The DualSense firmware app on PC has been revamped and is now called PlayStation Accessories.
Now, you can tweak your DualSense Edge controller’s button layouts, stick sensitivity, and more right from your PC. A standout feature is the ability to create, edit, and switch between custom controller profiles exclusively for the DualSense Edge. Regular DualSense users can only use the app for firmware updates.
Starting today PC gamers can unleash the full customizable power of the DualSense Edge controller directly on their computer.
With the PlayStation Accessories app, customize the controller’s settings and update its firmware directly from your Windows PC:

Within these profiles, you can modify button setups, adjust stick sensitivity and deadzones, change vibration and trigger effects’ intensity, and tweak trigger deadzones. Your settings are stored in the controller itself so you can use them on both your PS5 and PC. To switch profiles, press and hold the Fn button on your controller while pressing the face button that matches your profile. The controller vibrates to indicate which profile you’ve selected. You can also change what happens when switching profiles in the settings.
Fans really love customizing their controllers.
In other PlayStation happenings, a report hints that a PS5 Pro might come out later this year with an announcement possibly in September during a State of Play event. Additionally, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is expected to hit PlayStation 5 a few months after its release on Xbox and PC.
