Palworld’s all about exploring and discovering. But, sometimes, you gotta roll up your sleeves to protect your home from threats. Here’s a quick guide on keeping those raiders at bay in Palworld.
So, how do you keep your base safe? Well, you can assign some Pals to guard duty. Plus, building fortifications, traps, and gun emplacements helps a ton. Assigning Pals is easy peasy – just use the Palbox, and they’ll fend off any baddies entering your base’s radius. As for the heavy-duty stuff like fortifications and guns, we’ll dive into that in a bit.
Raids in Palworld? Yep, they happen. Usually when you’re chilling at your base. You’ll get a heads up that a raiding party’s on its way. Depending on the alert, you’ll know what sort of trouble to expect. Could be a herd of Pals (the chill, herbivore kind like Relaxaurus), some man-eating wild Pals (think Direhowls), or even human raiders from different factions.
Your base can attract all sorts of unwelcome guests. From Direhowls to Syndicate operatives, it’s a wild world out there. So, traps and defenses are a must.
Unlocking blueprints from the Technology menu is key to a well-defended base. You’ve got options like the Alarm Bell, which makes your Pals more alert, or the Sandbag for a classic lookout. Bear Traps for the smaller intruders, and don’t forget about those Wooden Defensive Walls, though they’re not the toughest. Mounted Crossbows and Defensive Walls offer some solid protection. And then there are Mines – the regular, Electric, and Ice varieties for a bit of explosive hospitality. For the big guns, literally, there’s the Mounted Machine Gun and Missile Launcher. And for the ultimate defense, the Metal Defensive Wall.
Defending your base in Palworld is all about strategy and the right tech. It’s a learning curve, but with each raid, you’ll get better at protecting your slice of paradise.
