Toby Fox announced that the next parts of Deltarune, chapters 3 and 4, are coming out next year.
On Twitter, Fox shared, “I’m very eager to show you what we’ve made since six years ago. Chapter 3 and 4 will 100% come out in 2025,” but he added that the exact date depends on some tech stuff like localization and console work. He humorously mentioned feeling trapped, saying, “Please hear me clawing at the door trying to escape the shallow coffin I have been buried in.”

Way back in 2018, the first part of Deltarune appeared, followed by chapter 2 in 2021. These two are free for PC, PS4, and Switch players. But for chapters 3, 4, and 5, we’ll need to pay, although no one knows the price yet. At least we know when to expect them!
People sometimes think about how much fun these games bring.
Deltarune follows Undertale, a game that many loved. They share a lot, like scrambled names and characters that seem familiar but are different. Deltarune’s Chapter 2 was even picked as one of GameSpot’s Best of 2021, with GameSpot noting, “While the chapters are short, they’re hard to put down, and once you’ve started playing, it’s tough to stop until you’ve hit the endpoint.”
