Echoes Act 3 has introduced a fresh set of gear to Destiny 2, featuring a new Exotic weapon called Chorus of One.
To grab this weapon, you’ll need to complete a mission in Act 3’s story. This mission will allow you to craft the Void auto rifle and tweak its perks. But be ready to run the mission called Encore: Overture several times over a few weeks.
How To Start Encore: Overture Exotic Mission And Earn Chorus Of One
Good news—there are no hidden requirements to unlock the Encore: Overture mission. If you’re up to date with Echoes’ story, you can jump into Act 3 right away. The third act kicks off with a cutscene that dives deeper into villain Maya Sundaresh’s motives. After watching, head over to the HELM and chat with Failsafe.
Your task remains the same: stop Maya from taking over the solar system. Your first step in Act 3 is tackling the Exotic mission, which you can start from the Director map for the HELM.
Navigating through the mission can be tricky. In the first arena, find a ramp on the right side that takes you higher up.
When you reach the top and can’t go any higher, look down and you’ll spot a large white stone ball with a hole in it. That’s where you need to go.
