Destiny 2 Vantage Point God Roll Guide

-

In Destiny 2’s Episode: Revenant, the Arc pulse rifle named Vantage Point might not be as eye-catching as Exuviae or Liturgy, but it’s still a pretty decent weapon.

How to Snag Vantage Point

To get your hands on Revenant weapons, including Vantage Point, dive into the Onslaught: Salvation mode, which is the main event of the episode. These guns can drop randomly after you clear certain waves and open reward chests.

However, these chests are a bit of a mystery box—you never know what you’ll get. If you’re aiming for a specific weapon, using the Revenant’s Tonics system can help. By crafting and using Enrichment tonics, you increase your chances of getting the loot you want during Onslaught: Salvation. Check out our Tonics guide for more.

Alternatively, completing the Revenant Act 1 story quests can also reward you with a roll of Vantage Point.

Vantage Point God Rolls

Vantage Point PvE God Roll

  • Barrel: Arrowhead Break
  • Magazine: Tactical Mag
    • Reload Speed +10, Stability +5, Magazine +3
  • First Perk: Keep Away
    • Increases reload, range, and accuracy when no enemies are in close proximity.
  • Second Perk: Jolting Feedback
    • Dealing repeated damage with this weapon inflicts Jolt.
  • Masterwork: Reload Speed

Fans love how Vantage Point fits perfectly with Arc builds thanks to Jolting Feedback, which lets you zap enemies with ease and keep that Amplified buff rolling.

Keep Away is a handy perk since pulse rifles usually work best from a distance. If you’re not focusing on Arc, Stats for All and One For All are nice options, but Vantage Point shines when it spreads Jolt everywhere.

Vantage Point PvP God Roll

  • Barrel: Smallbore
  • Magazine: Accurized Rounds
  • First Perk: Keep Away
    • Increases reload, range, and accuracy when no enemies are in close proximity.
  • Second Perk: Headseeker / Desperado
    • Headseeker: Body shots landed with this weapon increase precision damage and aim assist for a short time. Body shots landed while the perk is active refresh the time.
    • Desperado: Reloading after a precision final blow increases your rate of fire.
  • Masterwork: Stability

While Vantage Point is just okay in PvE, it’s pretty solid in PvP. With great range and stability, it helps ensure your shots land even from afar. Keep Away remains useful, and Headseeker boosts precision damage. Desperado can be a game-changer too, if you manage to score that crucial kill.
