Dragon Age Veilguard Free Trial Available for EA Play Members

-

BioWare has decided to give players a taste of Dragon Age: The Veilguard by offering a limited-time trial for those with an EA Play subscription.

For five hours, players can explore the entire game, but be cautious—time spent designing your character counts towards this limit. Luckily, you can craft your hero using a separate tool and then bring them into the game later. EA Play costs $6 monthly or $40 annually, but if you want more goodies like special armor, EA Play Pro is $17 each month or $120 for a year.

Once the trial period ends, you have the option to purchase The Veilguard to continue your adventure. It’s currently on sale for $50 on Amazon, where you can find more details.

We think it’s pretty cool when companies give us a chance to try before we buy.

The game made its debut on October 31, but don’t expect any new expansions as the team is shifting focus to the next Mass Effect. However, there is a mystery update set for early 2025, and no one knows what surprises it holds.

A decade passed between Dragon Age: Inquisition and this new release, making it hard to meet expectations. Even so, GameSpot rated it an 8 out of 10, which isn’t too shabby.
