Today marks the day when Overwatch 2 lands on Game Pass.
Activision Blizzard is offering cool stuff to attract Overwatch 2 fans from other platforms to Game Pass, like new skins for popular characters. According to the official Overwatch site, players just need to link their Battle.net accounts with an active Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass for Console, or PC Game Pass account. By doing this, they can get six new skins: Cardboard Reinhardt, Turtleship D.Va, Cyberdragon Hanzo, Street Runner Genji, Bee Mercy, and Cleric Lifeweaver.
Besides these skins, there are more goodies up for grabs, like some cosmetics from Overwatch 2 Seasons 9-11. Players will also get a 10% XP boost to level up faster in competitive play. This boost can be added on top of any existing ones, but only if the Xbox Game Pass account stays active and linked to Battle.net.
Fans, isn’t it great when we get extra stuff just for linking accounts?
This offer from Activision Blizzard is only available until November 11. So, if you connect your Overwatch 2 account after this date, you might miss out on these perks, unless they decide to add more later on.
Overwatch 2 is free-to-play, unlike the first game, which was paid and got turned into Overwatch 2.
