CD Projekt Red is excited to let everyone know that gamers in the US might soon get the chance to test out new Witcher and Cyberpunk games.
But hold your horses; not just anyone can join. CDPR will be picky about who they pick. “If your gamer profile aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll reach out to you either through email or by phone to ask about your upcoming availability. All playtests will be scheduled at least a few days in advance,” CDPR explained on its playtest FAQ page.
We’re bringing our RED Playtesting Program to the United States!
If you are:
– at least 16 years old
– located or ready to travel to Boston, Massachusetts, for onsite activities
– passionate about gaming and eager to share your insights
– not involved in game development…— CD PROJEKT RED (@CDPROJEKTRED)
You’ll need to be at least 16, not be a game developer yourself, and be in or ready to head to Boston for this adventure.
We all love surprises and new things, don’t we?
If you tick all these boxes, just log into your CDPR account and sign up through this form. It’s a mystery which game you’ll play, but with Cyberpunk experts like Pawel Sasko in the Boston studio, a sequel is in the works.
After the shaky start of Cyberpunk 2077, CDPR revamped everything and now has several projects going on. Witcher 4 has a huge team of over 400 people, the first Witcher game is getting a remake, and there’s also a new project called Project Hadar in the pipeline.
