Lego Fortnite Update: Fan-Favorite Animal Returns

-

Big changes are coming to Lego Fortnite with the Lost Isles update dropping on Tuesday.

Since July, Lego Fortnite has been pretty quiet after the Star Wars Lego Pass ended. But now, things are shaking up with the Lost Isles update arriving alongside Fortnite patch 31.20. This update brings a huge new area to explore without changing your existing island. You can travel to a fresh island with five unique biomes full of new items and weapons. Plus, there’s a new Lego Pass featuring Marvel-themed bundles and skins, and everyone gets to build an airship for easier travel.

The Lost Isles update is massive, almost like a new season. The game world is getting twice as big with the addition of the new area. However, this new island won’t be part of your current map. To visit it, you’ll need to use a battle bus station. Once there, you can explore different environments like beaches, jungles, plains, mountains, and floating islands.

The new Lego Pass includes island builds and a Peely skin. Unlike the Star Wars-themed pass before, this one isn’t a collaboration. It has two tracks: a free one and a paid one. Completing quests helps you progress through both. If you get the Premium track for 1400 V-Bucks, you’ll instantly unlock the Island Adventure Peely skin. However, this pass is short and ends on October 11.

Fans, we all love Marvel stuff, right?

This update also introduces new Lego build kits of famous Marvel places like the Daily Bugle, bundled with Marvel skins. Soon, three sets will be available in the item shop: Mary Jane Watson with the Daily Bugle for 2800 V-Bucks, Spider-Man Zero with Peter Parker’s apartment block for 2600, and the Weapon X Skin with Weapon X Labs decor for 2600. If you already own some skins, the bundles will be cheaper, like the Daily Bugle costing only 1300 V-Bucks if you have Mary Jane.

Another exciting addition is the return of Klombo, the big four-legged lizard from Chapter 3 Season 1 of the battle royale. Klombo is friendly, letting players ride on his back and giving rewards if fed berries. But beware, he can get very angry if annoyed. It’s been over two years since we last saw Klombo, so this is thrilling news.
