September Packed with Exciting Games

-

September is shaping up to be a month of delightful gaming experiences.

As the leaves start to fall, we can look forward to some cozy new games like “The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom” on Switch and “Astro Bot” on PS5. Imagine opening your windows, feeling the crisp autumn air, and just sinking into these adventures.

Nintendo has shared that “Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom” will revisit familiar places when it comes out on September 26. And guess what? The princess gets to ride an adorable horse! Over on the PS5 side, “Astro Bot” returns with its sequel on September 6. The cute little robot hero is back, and people loved it so much that even a special DualSense controller sold out in no time.

But it’s not just the big names bringing joy in September. Devolver Digital is launching “The Plucky Squire” on September 17, featuring Jot and his friends from a storybook world. And don’t miss out on “Grapple Dogs: Cosmic Canines,” hitting stores on September 12, which promises even more action than its predecessor.

Fans can’t wait for these releases!

We also have “UFO 50,” coming out September 18. This collection boasts 50 different games, all with that nostalgic 8-bit look. It’s from the same team behind Spelunky and Downwell, so you know it’s gonna be good.

Mark your calendars for September 24 because that’s when THQ Nordic drops “Epic Mickey: Rebrushed,” an updated version of the Wii classic with better visuals and smoother controls. Just before that, on September 23, you can chill out with “Tiny Glade” on PC, a game all about building castles without any stress at all.

Of course, this isn’t every game coming in September. For instance, Steam just got a cute game called Gourdlets today! And who knows what other surprises are in store?

Needless to say, September will be a nice time to unwind with these pleasant games, especially with spooky season looming afterward. October will kick off with horror game like the Silent Hill 2 remake and Until Dawn, per GameSpot’s 2024 games release schedule.
