A fresh installment of Sonic Racing is on its way, as revealed at The Game Awards.
The teaser for Sonic Racing CrossWorlds didn’t last long, but it was enough to spotlight Shadow the Hedgehog behind the wheel of a sleek black car with fiery red highlights. This ties in nicely with his role in the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie and the recent Sonic X Shadow Generations game. The car even leaves blazing trails like something out of Back to the Future. For a split second, we also see it zooming into a portal, hinting at some wild dimension-jumping adventures in the game.
People just love how these games keep bringing new twists to the table.
You can expect Sonic Racing CrossWorlds to be available on platforms like PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. While there’s no exact release date yet, the trailer promises it’s arriving soon.
