In 2025, Star Wars Hunters will expand from Nintendo Switch and mobile devices to the PC world, becoming available for free on Steam Early Access.
When it arrives on PC, the game will look and perform better with enhanced graphics, including sharper textures and shadows, and smoother rendering. Players can use a keyboard and mouse, or wireless controllers, and even customize the controls however they like by changing keybindings.
This move marks Zynga’s first PC game release, following their debut console game on the Switch earlier this year. The Switch and mobile versions have been getting new content regularly, like the recent addition of Nox, a Zabrak archer, to the game.
In Star Wars Hunters, teams of four battle it out in arenas inspired by famous Star Wars places like Endor, Hoth, and the Death Star. Game modes include Squad Brawl, which is like team deathmatch, and Dynamic Control, where teams fight over changing control points.
We can’t wait to see how this game evolves on PC.
You can already download Star Wars Hunters for free on the Switch and mobile. If you’re eager to try it on PC, you can register for the closed beta test on the game’s official website.
