As August progresses, excitement builds for the upcoming NBA season and the release of NBA 2K24 player ratings. Starting today, Visual Concepts and 2K are unveiling the top 12 players in the game at launch next month. Keep in mind that these are launch-day ratings and players’ rankings may fluctuate throughout the season.

Interestingly, the NBA 2K series is more selective about granting top ratings compared to Madden. While Madden has its 99 Club, NBA 2K24 will not feature any 99-rated players at launch. The top-rated players can be deduced by considering the results of the last NBA season. The game’s dozen superstars, representing 11 teams, are a cut above the hundreds of other players in the league.
