With Episode 9, Act II coming on August 28, Riot Games introduced a new Valorant agent named Vyse.
Vyse’s skills are designed to stun enemies and give her team an advantage. Arc Rose lets her shoot or place a blinding rose, affecting both foes and friends. Interestingly, you can pick it up and use it again. Shear is another ability where she creates a liquid-metal wall that activates when an enemy crosses it. The wall becomes unbreakable for a short time, isolating the enemy.
Razorvine is another of her abilities; it allows Vyse to place an invisible trap that damages and slows enemies once triggered. Her ultimate move, Steel Garden, involves shooting liquid metal that temporarily jams the enemy’s main weapon.
Vyse will become available with the launch of Episode 9, Act II on August 28.
Riot Games has been quite active recently. Earlier this month, they announced Valorant’s arrival on consoles. Not long after, it became one of the top 10 most-played games on those platforms.
