Vampire Survivors is gearing up for a big moment as it prepares to honor its biggest muse, Castlevania, with a new DLC.
The upcoming expansion, called Ode To Castlevania, promises a grand tribute to the iconic series and stands as the most expansive update in Vampire Survivors’ history. Expect to see over 20 fresh heroes, more than 40 new weapons, and an enormous map teeming with hidden surprises and challenging bosses.

Here’s a peek at some characters and weapons featured in this DLC:
- The Belmonts: Simon, Richter, Trevor, and Sonia
- Witches like Sypha, Yoko Belnade, Charlotte Aulin, and Maria Renard
- A collection of eight whip weapons
- Elemental spells inspired by Portrait Of Ruin and Harmony Of Dissonance
- Magical weapons including Alucard’s sword, spear, and shield
The DLC also boasts over 30 music tracks from the Castlevania series, reimagined with a Vampire Survivors twist by composers Daniele Zandara and Filippo Vicarelli. Check out a sample track, Vampire Killer, which was released alongside the announcement.
Fans are excited about this collaboration.
This isn’t Poncle and Konami’s first rodeo; earlier, they joined forces for a Contra crossover, bringing Bill and Lance into Vampire Survivors. Plus, Among Us characters took on monsters in the Emergency Meeting pack last December.
The Ode To Castlevania DLC will be available on October 31 for a range of platforms including Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, PC, and mobile devices.
